Returns and exchanges are free for eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free — we provide a prepaid label.
How to start a return or exchange
- Contact us. Send us your order number and the items you want to return or exchange through our Contact Us page.
- Receive your free prepaid label. We email your return label within 1 business day.
- Pack and ship. Put the items in their original packaging, attach the label and drop the parcel at the carrier shown on the label.
- Refund or exchange. We inspect your return within 2 business days of receiving it, then issue your refund or send your replacement.
Refund time
We process refunds within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank or card issuer may then need a further 5–10 business days to post the refund, so please allow up to 2 weeks in total. We email you as soon as the refund is issued.
What can be returned?
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Shoes must be returned in the original shoebox with no wear on the soles.
- Items marked “Final Sale”, personalised products and gift cards cannot be returned.
